Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, focusing on understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored real estate solutions.
- Assist clients in buying and selling secondary market properties as well as off-plan properties, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their investment decisions.
- Cross-sell from secondary market properties to off-plan options, and vice versa, leveraging the unique offerings available exclusively to our clientele.
- Provide expert advice on smart and wise investment strategies, ensuring clients understand both immediate and long-term value.
- Maintain consistent, transparent communication with clients throughout the buying, selling, and investment processes.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all dealings, ensuring that the company's strong reputation in the market is upheld.
- Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and the regulatory landscape in the UAE real estate sector.
- Focus on sustainable growth, driving both individual and team success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in real estate in the UAE, with a focus on secondary and off-plan markets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to nurture relationships over time.
- An understanding of the difference between transactional and relational business models, and a passion for building lasting client trust.
- Knowledge of the Palm Jumeirah market and surrounding high-demand areas is preferred.
- Disciplined, professional demeanor, and a stable lifestyle that aligns with the values of integrity and reliability.
