Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell
off-plan projects
from leading Dubai developers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and investors.
Conduct property viewings, meetings, and presentations.
Provide professional advice and market insights to clients.
Manage leads efficiently and follow up on potential buyers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in real estate sales (preferably off-plan).
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Languages preferred:
English

(additional languages are an advantage).
RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it).
