About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated multilingual real estate professionals to join our growing team at 800Homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Dubai's real estate market, excellent communication skills in multiple languages, and a client-first mindset.

As a Real Estate Agent at 800Homes, you will represent premium developers, conduct property tours, close sales, and maintain long-term client relationships -- while receiving full support through training, leads, marketing, and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify leads through company-generated platforms and personal networking Conduct property viewings and present investment opportunities professionally Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and payment plans Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai real estate trends, communities, and developers Handle negotiations and closing transactions with integrity and efficiency Build and maintain a strong client database and referral network Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and events
Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales (Dubai experience preferred) Excellent communication skills in English + any additional language(s) such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, French, Chinese, or Farsi Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills RERA certification (preferred or must be willing to obtain) Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
