We are seeking ambitious, client-focused, and results-driven Senior Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and lease residential or commercial properties across Dubai's dynamic real estate market. You'll be working in one of the world's most competitive property markets, offering luxury, investment, and lifestyle-driven real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
Promote sales through advertisements, listings, open houses, and networking.
Conduct property viewings and client presentations professionally.
Provide up-to-date market information, investment advice, and property valuations.
Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and DLD procedures.
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Ensure timely completion of contracts, agreements, and required documentation.
Build and maintain a database of potential clients and properties.
Stay informed about market trends, upcoming developments, and competitive listings.
Work with CRM systems to manage leads and pipeline efficiently.
Qualifications:
Valid Driving Licence (if any)
Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate ( ESSENTIAL)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Presentable, confident, and well-spoken.
Preferred Skills:
Strong sales or customer service background.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut).
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
Digital marketing or social media experience is a plus.
