The Role

We are seeking an

experienced Real Estate Manager (Broker)

with a proven track record in Dubai's off-plan and secondary markets. This position combines high-performance sales with leadership responsibilities -- ideal for someone ready to manage their own portfolio while building and mentoring a successful team.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, mentor, and grow a dynamic team of real estate agents. Develop and execute strategies to drive off-plan and secondary market sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and investors locally and internationally. Manage daily operations, track performance, and ensure targets are met. Recruit, train, and motivate agents to achieve sales goals. Stay informed on Dubai's market trends, project launches, and pricing insights. Represent RAF Real Estate at property launches, client meetings, and networking events.

Requirements



Minimum

3+ years of experience

in Dubai's real estate market (off-plan and secondary). Proven sales record with reputable developers and brokerages. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

RERA certification

preferred (or willing to obtain). Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
