Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with
qualified leads
to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct
property viewings
and guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.
Visit
developers' offices
to stay updated on new launches, pricing, and inventory.
Maintain a strong understanding of the
Dubai real estate market
, communities, and property trends.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers.
Negotiate and close deals professionally to achieve individual and company targets.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in the
UAE real estate market
is preferred.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales, property portals, and CRM systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage (not mandatory).
