Position: Real Estate Property Consultant
We are looking for a motivated and client-oriented Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist buyers, sellers, and investors in navigating the real estate market, with a focus on luxury and off-plan properties.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate new leads through networking, calls, and digital platforms.
Must have an existing client base (own clientele) and the ability to independently generate new business.
Property Advisory & Sales
Promote off-plan and ready properties to potential clients.
Conduct viewings and provide property presentations.
Demonstrate the ability to close deals independently.
Market Awareness
Stay updated on real estate trends, new project launches, pricing, and relevant regulations.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with clients through professional service and timely communication.
Negotiation & Closing
Facilitate negotiations and support in closing transactions.
Target Achievement
Work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Requirements
2+ years on the Dubai market with a proven closing track record. (Dubai market experience preferred).
Own a full pipeline from prospect qualification to negotiation and closing.
Currently in Dubai and available to work immediately.
Proven track record in sales and client acquisition.
Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills; service-driven and relationship-minded.
Self-driven and results-focused individual.
Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle is preferred).
Fluent English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, French welcome).
