Key Responsibilities:
Property Sales & Leasing: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
Market Research: Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, pricing, and new developments.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, and developers.
Lead Generation: Proactively source potential clients through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Handle negotiations, paperwork, and ensure smooth transactions.
Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to RERA and Dubai real estate regulations.
International Clientele: Work with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and foreign investors, understanding their needs.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai/UAE .
Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary markets.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills .
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
UAE driving license .
