Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and site visits.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property viewings and market analysis to help clients make informed decisions.
Negotiate offers and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
Prepare necessary documentation, agreements, and reports related to transactions.
Promote properties through online portals, social media, and other marketing channels.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role (UAE experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the local property market and real estate laws.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
RERA Certification (advantage, but not mandatory).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
Proficiency in MS Office and property listing portals.
