Consult with potential clients to assess the type of property they are looking for
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
Research and compare properties for sale to help clients make well-informed decisions
Negotiate prices on behalf of clients to ensure the best possible deal
Prepare and review legal documents related to buying, selling and leasing properties
Coordinate property viewings and showings
Provide advice on the maintenance and tax obligations of purchasing property
Keep up to date with local market conditions and trends
Maintain records of properties, sales and purchases

Pay: AED2,900.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
