Compensation:

50/50 Commission (No Basic Salary)

We are looking for a

female real estate agent

to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate is experienced, driven, and ready to work in a dynamic real estate environment.

Requirements:



Female candidates only

Bachelor's degree

(mandatory for RERA registration)

Minimum 3 years of real estate experience

in a dedicated area Strong sales and communication skills Fluent in English Professional and self-motivated

This is a

commission-only

role with no fixed salary.
