Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Real Estate Sales Agent
to join our team. The agent will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for off-plan and ready properties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a good understanding of the local property market.
Key Responsibilities
Actively prospect, generate, and follow up with leads through various channels (calls, events, referrals, social media).
Promote and sell
off-plan projects and ready properties
to potential buyers and investors.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Provide clients with
market insights, project comparisons, and investment advice
.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project tours.
Maintain updated knowledge of all
developer projects, payment plans, and market trends
.
Prepare and present sales proposals, offers, and contracts to clients.
Collaborate with marketing, admin, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with
RERA regulations
and company policies.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably
off-plan projects
.
Strong knowledge of the local property market, regulations, and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in real estate or a related industry.
