As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate projects to local and international buyers. You will serve as the face of the company to prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process from inquiry to closing.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of residential and commercial units within assigned projects to meet or exceed targets.
Respond to leads, conduct client presentations, and guide clients through the full sales cycle.
Develop deep knowledge of the company's developments, pricing structures, and market positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, brokers, and investors.
Attend property viewings, events, and exhibitions to promote project offerings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to management on client needs, preferences, and market trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging, sales materials, and promotional strategies.
Prepare sales reports and forecasting updates for the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
Proven experience (2+ years) in real estate sales, property brokerage, or a similar sales role.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clientele.
High level of self-motivation, discipline, and professionalism.
Solid understanding of property transactions, contracts, and local real estate regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
