The Role: Secondary Market Broker (Dubai)



List and manage

prime secondary/ready properties across Dubai's flagship communities.

Leverage your network

and generate exclusive listings through referrals, landlords, and investors.

Conduct expert negotiations

- from pricing strategies to closing high-ticket resale deals.

Guide clients with authority

on ROI, market movements, legal procedures, and timelines.

Coordinate seamlessly

with mortgage advisors, conveyancers, and support teams for efficient closings.

Build lasting client portfolios

and long-term investor relationships.

What We're Looking For



Minimum 2 years' proven success

in Dubai's real estate market (secondary sales is a must). A

personal database of buyers/sellers

is a major advantage.

UAE Driving License & own car.

Elite negotiation & closing skills

- objection handling at the highest level.

Fluent in English;

Russian, Arabic, French, or Hindi/Urdu are strong pluses.

CRM & portal mastery

(Property Finder, Bayut, DXBinteract). Above all -

self-driven, relentless, and hungry to dominate the secondary market.
