Key Responsibilities
Manage property sales, leasing, listings, and closings.
Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in transactions.

Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai real estate regulations.
Develop marketing strategies to promote listings.
Maintain accurate contracts, documentation, and client records.
Build and manage relationships with clients and investors.
Requirements
Valid
RERA Real Estate Broker License
(Dubai).
Minimum 5 years of experience
in Dubai real estate sales/leasing.
Strong knowledge of Dubai property market and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM systems.
