Role Overview:
We're looking for motivated and ambitious
Real Estate Agents
to join our team. This is a
100% commission-based role
, offering unlimited earning potential for agents who can close deals and build client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new property listings.
Assist buyers, sellers, and tenants with property viewings and negotiations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Stay updated on Dubai property market trends, prices, and regulations.
Coordinate with the marketing team to promote listings effectively.
Requirements:
Previous real estate sales/rental experience in Dubai is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
RERA license (preferred, but not mandatory - company can assist).
Must be currently based in Dubai with good knowledge of local areas.
