Compensation: Commission only - 60/40 split

Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Brokers to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a remote position with full flexibility, offering a generous 60/40 commission split.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, list, and sell/rent properties in Dubai's real estate market Handle client inquiries and conduct property viewings (in-person when required) Negotiate deals and prepare necessary contracts/documents Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and RERA regulations Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of real estate brokerage experience in Dubai Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently RERA license is a plus Access to a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection Knowledge of CRM systems and property portals is an advantage
