Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties. You will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, provide market advice, conduct viewings, and ensure smooth transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants Understand client requirements and provide property options accordingly Schedule and conduct property viewings and meetings Negotiate offers and close deals on behalf of clients

Sales & Leasing

Market available properties through various channels (online platforms, social media, CRM, etc.) Assist landlords in listing properties for rent or sale Source potential buyers and tenants Prepare tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and other necessary documentation

Market Knowledge

Stay updated with current market trends, prices, and legal requirements Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property value

Documentation & Compliance

Verify ownership documents and ensure legal compliance in transactions Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, deals, and contracts Coordinate with property developers, legal teams, and government departments (e.g., DLD)

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent (1-3 years minimum preferred) Valid RERA Broker Card (for UAE-based roles) Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent knowledge of the local property market Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Self-motivated and target-driven Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.) Multilingual skills (English + Arabic/Urdu/Hindi) are a plus

Compensation:

Commission-based

(with/without basic salary, depending on company policy) Performance-based incentives

Working Hours:

Full-time May include evenings and weekends depending on client appointments
