We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Real Estate Broker
to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have
at least 3 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market
, with the ability to manage and close both
offline and online leads
efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert both
offline leads
(walk-ins, referrals, networking) and
online leads
(portals, social media, CRM).
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information on property values, legal requirements, and Dubai market trends.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, buyers, and tenants.
Negotiate sales and rental contracts to close deals efficiently and ethically.
Update CRM systems regularly and follow up with leads consistently.
Stay up to date with real estate laws, trends, and new projects in Dubai.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market
.
Proven record in sales or rentals within Dubai.
Strong knowledge of key Dubai communities and freehold areas.
Comfortable using online platforms and CRM tools to manage leads.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
UAE Driving License is preferred.
RERA Certification is an advantage.
