We are seeking a driven and proactive Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the local real estate market, with a strong ability to build client relationships and close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
Conduct market research and stay updated on property trends and pricing
Guide clients through the property transaction process with transparency and professionalism
Generate leads and follow up on potential clients through various platforms
Schedule and conduct property viewings
Prepare necessary documentation (contracts, agreements, listings)
Maintain an up-to-date CRM and manage client records
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Must hold a valid UAE driving license
RERA certification (advantageous)
Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
