Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with buyers, sellers, and their agents.
Review and prepare legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and leases.
Train and mentor new real estate agents.
Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, zoning laws, and financing options.
Ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
