Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market
Strong sales record and closing history
Must have a valid UAE driver's license and own car
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's communities, pricing, and legal procedures
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
