You will handle

off-plan projects with leading developers

, as well as

residential and commercial resale properties

across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through networking, portals, and referrals Advise clients on property options and market trends Present and promote off-plan projects and secondary listings Conduct viewings and assist clients throughout the transaction process Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other agents Stay updated on RERA regulations, market shifts, and new launches

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (off-plan or secondary market preferred) Strong sales and negotiation skills Fluency in

English

is required Additional fluency in

Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Italian, Turkish, French, or German

is a strong advantage Valid UAE driving license and car (preferred) RERA certification (preferred or must be willing to obtain)
