Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
Advise clients on property options, market conditions, and pricing.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and manage the entire sales process from inquiry to closing.
Maintain and update property listings on various portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.).
Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of real estate experience
in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market).
Proven record of
successful deal closures
and achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
