Key Responsibilities:
Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions from start to finish
Conduct market analysis to accurately value properties
Assist clients in marketing and purchasing properties based on their needs
Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing efforts
Prepare and review offers, contracts, and documentation
Stay informed about market trends, zoning laws, and financing options
Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Use MLS, CRM systems, and other tools to manage leads and transactions
Collaborate with fellow brokers and company leadership to support growth
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of real estate experience (residential or commercial)
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Knowledge of local real estate laws, practices, and market conditions
Comfortable using technology, including MLS, CRM software, and marketing tools
Self-motivated with excellent time-management and organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
High level of integrity and commitment to client service
