Position: Real Estate Property Consultant
We are looking for a motivated and client-oriented
Property Consultant
to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist buyers, sellers, and investors in navigating the real estate market, with a focus on luxury and off-plan properties.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate new leads through networking, calls, and digital platforms.
Property Advisory & Sales
Promote off-plan and ready properties to potential clients.
Conduct viewings and provide property presentations.
Market Awareness
Stay updated on real estate trends, new project launches, pricing, and relevant regulations.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with clients through professional service and timely communication.
Negotiation & Closing
Facilitate negotiations and support in closing transactions.
Target Achievement
Work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in the UAE (Dubai market experience preferred).
Proven track record in sales and client acquisition.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and results-focused individual.
Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle is preferred).
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Hindi, French) is an advantage.
