We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Real Estate Broker to join our elite team in both
Dubai.
The ideal candidate
must
have a proven track record in the UAE real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and an existing client network.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
Conduct property viewings and advise clients on investment opportunities
Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions
Collaborate with the marketing team to convert qualified leads
Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory developments
Represent KULM Exclusive Properties with professionalism and integrity
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the UAE real estate market
Proven history of closing high-ticket deals
Strong client relationship and communication skills
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
