We are seeking a motivated and licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and will guide them through every step of the real estate transaction process. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
Provide guidance and support throughout the entire transaction process.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.
Prepare and review sales and leasing contracts.
Negotiate deals on behalf of clients.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, zoning laws, and financing options.
Develop and maintain a client database.
Promote properties through marketing materials, websites, and social media.
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, escrow companies, and attorneys.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Active real estate license (required).
Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar role (preferred).
Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Work Conditions:
Flexible schedule; may include evenings and weekends.
Office-based with frequent local travel to properties and client meetings.
Commission-based compensation structure & other benefits.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
