Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Freelance Real Estate Broker to join our Royal Smart Properties. As an independent agent, you will operate under your own freelance visa and be responsible for managing your own clients, listings, and deals. This opportunity is ideal for self-driven professionals with a passion for real estate and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Conduct property viewings and negotiations on behalf of clients. Maintain updated property listings and ensure all information is accurate. Stay current with market trends, property values, and UAE real estate regulations. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property developers, and clients. Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions. Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the client journey

Requirements:

Valid freelance/self-sponsored visa. Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (minimum 2 year preferred). Strong understanding of UAE property laws and RERA regulations. RERA certification (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. Own car and valid UAE driving license (preferred).
