She will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties.
Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
Conduct property viewings, open houses, and negotiations with clients.
Prepare and review necessary paperwork such as purchase agreements, contracts, and leases.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activity.
Build strong client relationships and provide post-sale support.
Coordinate with internal departments, developers, and external agents as needed.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per role requirements and team preferences).
Valid real estate license (RERA, if based in Dubai or applicable license based on location).
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of local real estate market.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (Arabic, English, or other languages is a plus).
Own car and valid driver's license.
