We're Looking For:

A seasoned real estate professional with

minimum 5 years of experience

Someone who navigates the real estate world with integrity and purpose A self-starter who can work autonomously but breathes our brand values A true believer in transparency, trust, and meaningful impact

Your Ideal Profile:

Experienced real estate agent with a proven track record of sales success Established book of buyers and sellers and is not reliant on inbound leads Master networker, who is able to generate business organically Mature professional who understands that business is about more than just transactions Comfortable with our mission-first approach Skilled at working independently while maintaining strong team alignment
