About Square Yards:

Square Yards is a leading proptech and real estate platform in the UAE, India, and other global markets. With a strong presence across 100+ cities, we specialize in residential and commercial real estate, mortgages, and property management. Our Dubai office is among the fastest-growing teams, focusing on luxury real estate, investment properties, and developer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Management:

Generate and qualify leads through various channels. Understand client requirements and provide tailored real estate solutions. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors.

Sales & Closing:

Promote off-plan and ready properties from top UAE developers (e.g., Emaar, Sobha, DAMAC, etc.). Conduct high-conversion property presentations and site tours. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.

Market Knowledge & Advisory:

Stay updated on UAE real estate trends, market prices, and investment hotspots. Advise clients on investment opportunities, ROI, and rental yields.

Documentation & Coordination:

Assist clients through documentation, booking, and post-sale processes. Liaise with developers and legal teams for smooth transactions.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (UAE or international). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred. Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not mandatory). RERA certification is a plus (can be completed post-hiring if needed).
