As a Real Estate Agent at Lux-sar Properties, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and renting processes. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, marketing properties, conducting showings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional service throughout every step of the transaction. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Conduct property showings and provide in-depth property information
Create listings and marketing materials to promote properties
Negotiate contracts and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
Maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing advice and support
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations
Collaborate with other agents and support staff to achieve team goals
Qualifications:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of local real estate market (preferred)
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
