Role Overview

We are looking for motivated, ambitious, and client-focused

Real Estate Brokers

Key Responsibilities:

Actively generate leads and build a strong client base List and market residential and/or commercial properties for sale and lease Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends and market conditions Provide expert advice and exceptional service to clients throughout the transaction process Network within the market to identify new business opportunities Maintain strong communication and follow-up with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it) Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
