We're Hiring: Real Estate Broker - UAE Experience Required

Location: Dubai , UAE

Position: Real Estate Broker (Sales & Leasing)

Salary: Attractive Basic + High Commission Structure

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year of UAE Real Estate Sales

Communication: Excellent English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)

About the Role

Are you an experienced UAE Real Estate Agent with a strong understanding of local property laws and closing deals? We're looking for driven, professional, and ambitious Real Estate Brokers to join our expanding team. This is a results-driven role offering an excellent base salary, high commissions, and uncapped growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell off-plan and ready properties across UAE

Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients

Maintain a strong pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, and networking

Guide buyers and sellers through the transaction process

Stay informed about current market trends and property laws in UAE

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Work closely with property developers, landlords, and investors

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE (Mandatory)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Deep knowledge of UAE property sales processes and RERA regulations

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets

Must have a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)

Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage)
