Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Brokers to join our expanding team in Dubai. As a Broker, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, as well as presenting and facilitating transactions for off-plan projects. Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants) by providing exceptional service and expert advice.
Property Sourcing & Listing:Actively source new properties for sale and lease, conduct property viewings, and create compelling property listings.
Sales & Leasing Transactions:Guide clients through the entire sales and leasing process, from initial inquiry to final agreement, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met.
Off-Plan Sales:Present and market off-plan projects to potential investors, providing detailed information on development plans, payment schedules, and investment potential.
Market Knowledge:Maintain a thorough understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including property values, rental rates, market trends, and new developments.
Achieving Sales Targets:Meet and exceed individual and team sales and leasing targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven track record of success in real estate sales and/or leasing in Dubai (experience with off-plan sales is a significant advantage).
Valid UAE Driver's License and own vehicle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and with a strong work ethic.
Professional presentation and demeanor.
RERA Broker Card (or eligibility to obtain one).
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
