Job Description

Zone 24 Properties is looking for an experienced Real Estate Broker to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle the entire sales process, from the first contact to closing deals in both the ready and off-plan property markets. The right candidate must be target-driven and passionate about Dubai real estate.

Responsibilities

:

- Specialize in buying, selling, and managing both secondary and off-plan properties.

- Find new leads and clients through canvassing, cold calling, and prospecting.

- Build and maintain relationships with sellers and landlords.

- Respond to inquiries from potential buyers, match their needs with available properties, and conduct viewings.

- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers.

- Complete the sales transaction by attending and managing property transfer transactions at the Trustee Office with the client(s).

- Keep an organized record of updated lists of available properties, clients' properties and transaction documents

- Promote sales with regular social media advertising, attending open houses, and listings.

- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related matters.

Requirements

:

- At least 1 year of real estate experience is required.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

- A valid UAE driver's license

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
