Requirements:
A minimum of 1-year experience in real estate or sales field.
Ability to work targets and commission basis.
Proven working experience as a real estate broker with successful closures.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate market best practices.
