Key Responsibilities:
List, promote, and close property sales and rentals
Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties
Conduct property viewings and handle negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
Stay updated on market trends, legal documentation, and Dubai regulations
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market
Fluent in English (mandatory)
intermediate proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Russian, Hindi/Urdu, Farsi, French.
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
RERA certified or willing to obtain
Presentable, professional, and self-motivated
