Key Responsibilities:
Source, list, and close real estate transactions (sales and leasing) in Dubai's residential or commercial sectors.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Lead by example, mentoring junior brokers and assisting in onboarding new team members.
Identify team growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning with senior management.
Stay updated on market trends, legal changes, and competitive landscape to provide expert guidance to clients.
Represent RAF Estates with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate broker in Dubai (commercial or residential).
Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Leadership potential and willingness to build, train, and manage a team.
Fluent in English; other languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
