At least 1 Year experience in real estate is must (Necessary to carry portfolio of previous deals Rent /Sale). o Ability to work with targets and commission basis. o Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent with successful closures. o Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills. o Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment. o Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers. o Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them. o Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets best practices. o Competitive Commission Structure & Salary depends on your Work Experience o Employment Visa o Laptop, and SIM card provided o Training/Assistance by our market experts and in house Trainer.
