Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. If you have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service, we would like to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients interested in buying or selling properties.
- Provide expert advice to clients on the real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Actively seek new business through networking, referrals, and other creative means.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations, showcasing properties\' features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proven track record of (2 years minimum UAE) in real estate sales, such as residential, commercial, luxury properties, etc.].
- Strong understanding of Dubai\'s real estate landscape, market dynamics, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license.
