Job Description
As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions between buyers and sellers. Your main duties will include: Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions and supporting clients in their property needs. Requirements:
- Assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conducting market research to determine property values and competitive prices.
- Listing properties for sale or rent and promoting them through various marketing channels.
- Showing properties to potential buyers or tenants and providing them with detailed information.
- Negotiating and mediating between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- - Drafting and reviewing real estate contracts and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Collaborating with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Keeping up to date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Building and maintaining a network of clients and referral sources to generate new business opportunities.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
