Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Assist clients with the necessary documentation involved in purchasing off-plan properties.
Effectively negotiate terms and prices with potential buyers.
Provide support to clients after the sale has been made.
Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the real estate agency or developer.
Qualifications
A bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as real estate, business, marketing, or a related discipline is often preferred. However, some individuals may enter the field with relevant certifications and experience.
Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is highly valued. Experience with off-plan sales specifically is a significant advantage.
A deep understanding of the real estate market, property development process, and specific details about off-plan properties is crucial.
