Job Description

DIRECT HIRING!!! OFF-PLAN SALES SPECIALIST Responsibilities:
  • Deep understanding of the off-plan properties they are selling.
  • Effectively communicate with a potential buyer.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote off-plan properties.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and other factors that may impact the sale of off-plan properties.
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist clients with the necessary documentation involved in purchasing off-plan properties.
  • Effectively negotiate terms and prices with potential buyers.
  • Provide support to clients after the sale has been made.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the real estate agency or developer.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as real estate, business, marketing, or a related discipline is often preferred. However, some individuals may enter the field with relevant certifications and experience.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is highly valued. Experience with off-plan sales specifically is a significant advantage.
  • A deep understanding of the real estate market, property development process, and specific details about off-plan properties is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential. This includes the ability to articulate complex information about properties, negotiate effectively, and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • The ability to negotiate favorable terms for both the buyer and the developer is a key competency.
  • Building and maintaining a network of contacts within the real estate industry can contribute to success. This involves collaborating with developers, other real estate professionals, and potential clients.
  • Stay informed about current market trends, competitor activities, and factors influencing the real estate market.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to real estate transactions is important to ensure legal compliance.
  • Off-plan sales specialists often handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously, requiring strong organizational skills.
  • Providing excellent customer service is crucial for client satisfaction and building a positive reputation in the industry.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other relevant technologies is increasingly important.
