Starling Properties is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Property Consultant to join our team. As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their real estate needs. Your expertise and market knowledge will help clients make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing real estate company. **We offer a commission-based salary structure, where you can earn up to 70% commission paid the next day** As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice to clients on buying & selling properties, analyzing the local real estate market, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
- You will need to have an understanding of the market, including property trends and legal requirements.
- Proven work experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property pricing, and industry trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
