Job Summary: Looking for a Real Estate Broker in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Serve as an intermediary between property owners and prospective buyers, facilitating effective communication and negotiation
• Assist in promoting properties for sale through various marketing channels
• Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive property prices and provide expert advice to owners and buyers
• Evaluate properties to assess their market value, condition, and potential for growth or improvement
• Coordinate property showings, open houses as well as inspections for interested buyers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Provide comprehensive information to buyers regarding property features, amenities, financing options as well as potential risks
• Guide buyers through the purchasing process, including drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, negotiating terms, and coordinating with attorneys, lenders, and inspectors
• Stay updated with local real estate market trends, regulations, and industry developments, and share relevant information with clients
• Create and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, lenders as well as other professionals in the real estate industry to expand business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of property listings, sales transactions and client interactions using real estate software or databases

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have practical experience as a real estate broker or a similar role, demonstrating a successful track record in property sales and negotiations
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, market trends as well as legal regulations
• Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple transactions simultaneously
• Proficient in using real estate software, databases, and online marketing platforms
