As a Real Estate Broker your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming walk in clients and offering them expert advice as a specialist in the area.
- Generating new leads and business for the company
- Listening to clients in order to successfully match clients and properties
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers
- Liaising with admin and marketing team to arrange photography, listings and other requirements.
- Result-driven mindset, outgoing and determined personality
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales
- Experience dealing with high-end luxury clients
- Able to speak, read and write an additional language
- Commission base position
- up to 50% commission split on gross sales revenue
