Having experience in the real estate industry is required (at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 in commercial) / strong background knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market.
Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling and leasing property in Dubai.
Profound experienced in Residential, Commercial, Off -Plan, Secondary Primary Market, Leasing.
Strong sales, negotiation and excellent communication skills.
Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Having good time management and organizational skills.
High follow up with clients is required.
Excellent skills in customer service & sales.
Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
