Job Description
One Broker Group keeps growing and we\xe2\x80\x99re on a lookout for great talents to market our EXCLUSIVE PROJECTS. We are looking for EXPERIENCED Real Estate agents with outstanding knowledge of Dubai Real Estate projects and locations. Requirements:
- Valid RERA Certification
- With Valid Driving License and own Car
- Prospecting all sorts of clients - investors, end users, resellers and maintaining good relationships to their clientele.
- Evaluate the client\'s requirements, and financial capabilities to offer the best property and/or investment.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
- Know how to assess and appraise the value of properties
- Checks and evaluates market pricing and serves as an advisor to our clients
- Arrange property viewings for the potential clients
- Present reasonable property offer and quotation
- Draft and complete legal documents (contracts, agreements, forms etc.)
- Generate and manage lists of all types of properties
- Coordinate with the other departments seamlessly to process the documents
- Collaborate and network with the assigned Manager and team Leads.
- Attention to detail
- Great with maintaining good client relationships and referrals
- With profound knowledge about Dubai Real Estate - specialized on premium areas and Offplan projects
- Always updated on real estate market trends
- Well-versed regarding phone and office etiquettes
- Communication & negotiation skills
- Proficient in English, knowing other languages is a plus.
- Dubai Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
- RERA license (Required)
- driver\'s license (Required)
