Job Description
We are looking for a professional Real Estate Broker, who will be helping a diverse range of clients with selling, renting and buying residential properties. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate. Real Estate Broker Job Responsibilities:
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Show various properties to prospective buyers and renters in order to showcase options and help them find the right property
- Appraise properties on behalf of the seller by performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
- Advertise and promote properties in order to attract clients and draw traffic to properties for sale or rent
- Advise clients on best practices in light of market conditions, general prospects and other relevant impacting factors
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- At least +2 years experience in real estate
- Bachelor Degree or diploma or equivalent
- Attractive Commission

- Visa + Medical Insurance.
- Leasing Specialist
- Off-Plan Specialist
- Area Specialist (Secondary Market)
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Russian/German (Preferred)
